In a prime location near the “HaMoshavim” road in the Sharon region, which is planned to connect with Highway 6 according to approved plans, a new project is underway focusing on employment, commerce, leisure, and entertainment. This unique “Mini-Maxi” concept has not yet been seen in the area and is expected to meet the commercial and employment needs of all surrounding communities. The project will also include a large amount of public space for the benefit of all area residents.
