The partnership between Shponder and Fadlon is the story of two veteran contracting families from
the moshava of Even Yehuda. Their sons, who grew up as neighbors, studied, traveled together, and
eventually united to realize a shared business vision. In the early 2000s, the second-generation took
the reins and led each company to significant growth within its domain. In 2013, they took the
natural next step by merging the two successful companies into one group—a whole greater than
