The Nitzanim Project in Green Kfar Saba is a unique initiative by the group, located in the Green Kfar Saba neighborhood, where, for the first time, 3 and 5.3-room apartments were sold. The project includes 76 housing units across two buildings, each with 8 floors, and features 2 levels of underground parking. It introduced a revolutionary design concept that continues to guide the group in the neighborhood. The majority of the housing units being developed by the group are planned as 3-room apartments to meet the enormous demand for this type of housing in the area, following years in which only four-room apartments and larger were built.
