Shponder&Fadlon Group is entering the field of urban renewal, leveraging the professional expertise, capabilities, and extensive experience it has gained over the years. As a guiding vision, the group carefully selects its projects with meticulous attention to detail, aiming to execute each one as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Roy Fadlon, CEO and co-owner of the Shponder&Fadlon Group, explains why they chose to expand into urban renewal at this time.

In recent years, bureaucratic barriers and various challenges in urban renewal made project execution nearly impossible. Following market feedback, high housing prices in Israel, and recent government relief measures—such as lowering the required agreement rate among tenants to 67% —we, as a company, recalculated our path and decided it was worthwhile to expand into renewal and establish a dedicated department for it. The group specializes in engineering construction, public and private construction, real estate development and asset management. Over the past decade, it has executed projects that integrate advanced technological knowledge and capabilities with the highest level of finish. It delivers prestigious and impressive projects in Tel Aviv, Kfar Saba, Ra’anana, Hadera, Herzliya, Netanya, Rishon Lezion, and other locations, with projects handed over in fully finished, exceptionally high- quality condition.
