Shponder&Fadlon Group, together with Holmes Place Group, won a tender to establish a Private Family Club by Holmes Place in the Park neighborhood of Be’er Sheva. This club will cover an area of approximately 4,500 square meters. Shponder & Fadlon Group is partnering on the project through a BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) model, handling construction and operation. This is our second collaboration with Holmes Place, following the development of a club in Green Kfar Saba.
The new facility includes: outdoor pool with expansive green spaces, indoor pool and a toddler pool, large gym, studio halls, luxurious locker rooms, dry sauna, jacuzzi and retail spaces
