Another collaboration between Shponder&Fadlon Group and Holmes Place Group. The groups won the tender to establish a Private Family Club by Holmes Place in the city of Harish.
The new club will be located in Ha-Prachim neighborhood in Harish and covers an area of approximately 13,000 square meters. Shponder & Fadlon Group is partnering on the project through a BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) model, handling construction and operation.
The new club includes an outdoor pool with green areas, an indoor pool and a toddler pool, a large gym, 2 studio halls, a children’s club room, luxurious locker rooms, a dry sauna, a cafe and a store for clothing and fitness accessories.
